Never slip a pedal again
Five Ten got their start making tacky shoes for rock climbers. They have applied all they've learned to these Impact 2 Low shoes.
Tech features: The Impact 2 Low uses leather and winbuck upper with wrap-around scratch rubber protection. Retention is good old barrel lace. The sole is what Five Ten calls Stealth S1 rubber. The shoe comes in black and sizes from 7 to 13.
After the trashing: The Impact 2 offers fit and support that are spot-on. The padding is comfortable, but not overly squishy. There was no ache in the ball area of our feet, even after hours of hammering and hard landings. After subjecting them to mud, rain and massive abuse, not one stich came loose. A damp cloth is all you need to clean them up. Riders of aggressively spiked flat pedals might have to remove some of their pedals' spikes because these shoes stick so well. We were surprised that even with the soft, tacky sole, there was no evidence of excessive wear. Actually, we take that back. Forget "excessive wear", they didn't show any signs of wear at all. This is great gravity shoe, and we see another application. Riders who are intimidated by clipless pedals and still run flats should upgrade to this shoe. The way these shoes stick to a platform pedal is a good argument for dropping clipless pedals.
Gornje vrstice so se znašle v najbolj cenjeni ameriški gorskokolesarski reviji in njihov pomen ne pušča dvoma; kakršno koli vrednotenje flat obutve je brez pomena. Obstaja par z nazivom Five Ten Impact (in ostali MTB modeli iz iste hiše) ter približki. Trg še ne pozna proizvajalca, ki bi znal izdelati konkurenčno obutev.
Naš lager parov Impact je od današnjega dne prepuščen spustu, oz. fajvtenke imajo izdatno nižje cene.
In to še ni vse. če pokličete v naslednjih petih minutah ...
Začnimo zadnji odstavek nekoliko drugače. Resnično imamo v rokavu enkratno rešitev obutve Shimano. Vsi pari omenjenega proizvajalca so znižani za polovico originalnih maloprodajnih vrednosti.
